The night, in order.

A set is the songs for one gig, in the order you'll play them. Open it on a music stand and it carries you through the night — page by page, song by song, without your hands leaving the guitar.

Build the running order

Tap New set, name it for the night, and add songs from your library. Drag the ≡ handle to reorder — set building is for the kitchen table, not the stage, so take the ten minutes there.

On stage

Open the set and play. Three ways forward, all of them quiet:

• Tap the edge. The left and right fifths of the screen are page-turn zones — right for forward, left for back. No buttons to find in the dark.
• Tap a pedal. Any Bluetooth page-turner works hands-free — the pedals chapter has the details.
• Roll between songs. Turning past a song's last page lands on the next song's first; turning back from page one lands on the previous song's last. The whole set is one long night, not twelve documents.

A subtle flash confirms every turn, and the screen stays awake while a chart is up — no reaching for the iPad between verses because iOS got sleepy.

Fitting more on a page

Fewer page turns is its own feature. Zoom out a notch and the chart re-paginates tighter; rotate to landscape for wide charts. Every song remembers its own zoom, so the dense one can run small while the ballad stays huge.
